Well below average. Poorly maintained building, 1970 style bathtub that was rusting, smelly and poorly cleaned room. Bed promotes togetherness (because it sags in the middle so you’re always rolling together). Nothing in the bar fridge, not even bottled water (though a small sign encourages you to enjoy Perths fresh tap water!) Breakfast in the morning is also sub par - coffee machine with powdered milk, scrambled eggs made from powder, very limited selection of fruit and cereal. Backpacker standards but hotel prices.

Quick business trip to Perth, had little expectations but surely the advertised Bar would have been open on a Sunday. Restaurant doesn't open until mid week. Rooms very dated and no bottled water. No corporate centre as advertised. Food left open on trays outside the rooms for the 24 hours I stayed there. Lifts don't work Breakfast well that was fun, late opening, shabby tables, food quality very average. Enquired about the location of the butter had a very surely response from the clearly frazzled manager. No car parking, but expensive valet parking. Apart from that is was great....NOT

Absolutely horrible! The room smelt apon entering, the carpet was rippling, which made it a very bad tripping hazard. The curtains were moldy. The light in the room was very dim. The bathroom had decades of dirt in every crevice and the shower had minimal water ‘sprinkling out’ of the shower head and had no pressure. I am not recommending this hotel at all! Spend your money elsewhere!

Desperately needs a renovation

Apart from the location, there was little to recommend this stay. The room was large, but very dated and in desperate need of a renovation. The carpet was lifting and stained and the curtains were moldy. The bathroom looked like it came straight from a badly decorated 1980s country motel, while water pressure in the shower was all but non-existent. Overall, for the price we paid, a very disappointing room.

Outdated rooms, more budget hotel

More 3 star hotel, rooms are very tired especially the bathrooms. No hand towel holders, old chipped tiles and cheap laminate floors. The handle on tap sink also fell off. There was lukewarm water in shower at 9pm at night (we stayed 2/8/24). You can hear everyone walking and talking down the hallway at night. Doors are paper thin. They need to upgrade to USB connections in rooms (yes, every 4 star hotel I have been to has this). Also get rid of the iphone clocks in rooms - it is for old models (think iphone 1) which is no longer in use by apple so useless for charging in rooms. Good - service from staff, comfortable beds, great location in city and free parking on street after 6pm. It’s a budget hotel and next time would just spend an extra $50 on another hotel chain that is more in line with 4 star. I was also offered online checkin prior to arrival, filled out details as Accor member and was told I just collect my card on arrival. I arrived at desk and the Front Office Manager made me fill out my registration all over again? Wasted 5 minutes with the process including fill out registration form and preauth - what is the point of offering online checkin?
