Tribe Perth Kings Park

We stayed at Tribe Perth Kings Park for 3 nights, and we had an amazing experience. These are just a few things that we loved in the hotel: * Our room was very comfortable and clean. We really felt welcomed, and the city views were great. Nespresso machine and kettle in the room is a very nice touch with coffee, tea, and complementary water every day. * All the staff was very professional, nice and kind. They really know how to take care of their guests. We felt really special the way that everyone treated us. * Good location with main attractions on walking distance. * The buffet breakfast was delicious with much variety and with fresh products. We had, without a doubt, an amazing hotel experience. We can't recommend enough staying at this hotel.

Great, rooms are modern and really practical. The view from one of rooms was fantastic and the staff are friendly and helpful which makes your stay just that much more enjoyable.. Will always be back again.

Lovely overnight stay before our flight back to Singapore. We chose the hotel for its location next to King's Park and were not disappointed. At first, the car park was a bit hard to find and expensive. Good place for accessing Subiaco. Very quiet.

Tiny room, TV not fixed despite reporting it, three housekeeping calls in twenty minutes despite saying please come back in half an hour. Quality of finish dire in bathroom. Brute force needed even to open the bathroom door. A totally horrible experience

This hotel isn't bad. However i think both in what it is sold as and what is delivered is a bit slow. Room: The small rooms where as advertised and i will say it functions well and may be the best part of the hotel. Although, the size is very similar to an Ibis, the bathroom was nice, bed was good and wifi fast. However: Don't sell in smart-tv if it's only useful for Samsung users. Also the rooms are starting to show a bit wear and tear Facilities: which ones? Hotel refer to as 4 start, but no gym og fitness fasiliteis available and unlike other hotels with the same issue, there was no nearby gym to use (except one that may give a small discount) F&B: As an accor platinum brekkie is included. Which is was glad i didn't have to pay for. Small selection. The secodn day there was no cheese, meat og even toasters for the bread, og vegan yoghurt. Very limited and basically carbs and sugar. Coffe was extra. To compare with a Ibis 2star i stayed in the week before: similar room, a large in house gym and a full breakfast. Personally i think they need to know what they are. If they want to be a budget hotel it is fine, if they want 4 star business hotel they need to deliver better
