At The Sebel, we are committed to delivering a superior service experience for every guest, so your feedback is incredibly important to us. Regarding member upgrades, for our loyal members where possible we look to upgrade bookings to the next room category but unfortunately over your booked dates with our high occupancy we did not have that option available unfortunately. Upon checking further information about your stay I note there has been communication between yourself and the team whilst in house and once checked out via email but please be assured that we are taking the appropriate steps to address areas for improvement via your provided feedback. It is wonderful to know that these aspects of your stay were helpful during your visit. However, we are very sorry to learn about the concerns you experienced with the condition of the room.
