처음 맞아주었던 컨시어지의 직원은 너무 친절하였고 우리가족이 도착하자 수영장도 보여주고 가족사진도 찍어주었음 이름이 기억나지 않지만 본다이에 살고있다는 친절한 직원의 미소는 잊을수가 없음 위치는 너무 좋고 창밖으로 하버브릿지와 오페라하우스를 한눈에 볼 수있는 객실을 환상 그자체였습니다. 모든 직원이 항상 웃는얼굴로 눈을 맞추며 인사해주어서 이곳에서 모든 사람이 진심으로 우리를 환대하고 있다는게 느껴졌습니다. 호주, 시드니하면 이곳에서의 친절과 환대가 생각나고 이런 따뜻한 기억을 갖게해주어서 너무 감사합니다.

아이와 즐거운 여행 마무리를 위해 선택한 숙소였으나 최악의 숙소였음. 아코르 플래티넘 회원이며 미리 메일로 요청했음에도 저층배정 되었으며(고층에 빈 객실이 없지 않았음. 같은 층은 죄다 한국인) 객실에서는 심각한 오래된 퀘퀘묵은 에어컨 냄새가 났으나 본인은 냄새가 안난다, 자기 방에서 나는 냄새와 비슷하다며 응대하는 매니저. 정말 완전 리모델링 객실도 아니라 도색한 만 낡은 객실. 여태껏 최악의 숙소 였음.

뷰는 너무 좋지만 체크인직원들 불친절함 객실도 이불 수건만 교체해두주고 3일동안 바닥청소 하나도 안되어있음 객실이 너무 추움

다리가 조금 불편한 아빠포함 가족들과 시드니에서 2박 하기위해 예약했습니다. 다리가 불편해서 직접 많은곳을 다니지는 못했지만 집안에서 펼쳐지는 오페라하우스,하버브릿지뷰는 봐도봐도 질리지 않았습니다.
