First and foremost, we sincerely appreciate your loyalty as a valued ALL Platinum member and for choosing to stay with us through the Accor ALL App. It is encouraging to hear that you were satisfied with our location and the condition of your room, as well as aspects such as WiFi, sustainability efforts, and your welcome amenities. Your positive comments are truly appreciated. However, we are genuinely sorry that several elements of your stay did not meet your expectations. In particular, please accept our sincere apologies regarding your arrival experience. We understand how disappointing it must have been to wait until 3:00 PM despite having requested early check-in in advance. We regret that our communication led you to wait at the hotel instead of planning other activities.
