체크인할때 다음날 조식을 신청했는데, 다음날 조식먹으러갔는데, 리스트에 이름 없었음. 어른둘에 아이둘이라고 다시 이야기했더니 바로 먹을수 있게 도와주었고, 우리아이들이 어려서 무료 제공 된다며 인사도 너무 스윗하게 해주고, 즐거운 조식을 먹음. 그런데 그날 저녁 35달러*2인 70불이 아닌 왜인지 모를 140불이 결제되었고, 프론트에 전화하니 미안하다며 처리해주겠다고 함. Debit 카드로 결제 되었는데, 체크아웃시까지도 처리되지않고, 리펀 되지 않음. 체크아웃시 다시 이야기하니 다 처리되었고, 걱정 말라고 했지만, 체크아웃한지 열흘이 다되어갔는데도 카드취소가 되지 않아 이메일을 보냄. 디파짓 50불과, 조식비로 잘못결제된 140불 중 70불 환불 되지 않았다고 씀. 숙박동안은 카드는 홀딩한 상태였고, 지금은 다 처리 되었으니 환불 안된건 카드사로 확인해보라고함. 디파짓에서 추가로 조식비 20불이 메일 다시 받은날 결제되었고, 카드사로 다음날 전화해보니 어제 날짜로 140불 취소되어 환불될거라고 들음. 결국 계속 일처리가 안되었었고, 내가 메일 보내고 나서 모든 일이 처리가 된 것에 매우 황당함.

While I am pleased to read that you enjoyed our central location, found your room comfortable, and that your family had a delightful breakfast experience with our restaurant team, I am truly sorry for the frustration caused by the billing and refund process. It is concerning to learn about the confusion surrounding the breakfast charges and the delay in processing the refunds. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and uncertainty this caused during and after your stay. The situation you described regarding the incorrect $140 breakfast charge, the refund of the $50 deposit, and the additional adjustments should have been handled far more clearly and efficiently. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared with our Front Office and Finance teams so we can review the administrative process and ensure that billing adjustments and refunds are communicated and processed more promptly in the future. We certainly understand how frustrating it must have been to follow up several times and only see progress after sending an email. 엘리베이터가 수시로 고장이 나서 로비에서 방으로 가는데 3개의 엘리베이터 중 1개만 정상 작동하여, 모든 층마다 엘리베이터가 서고, 많은 사람들이 줄을 서서 대기를 해야 함.

아시아 연휴기간이라 많이 바빠 보였습니다. 다른 시드니, 맬번 Accor호텔에 비해서 직원들이 큰 행사 때문에 더욱 바빠보여서 안타까웠습니다. Platinum 회원에게 조금 더 신경써 줬으면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 Lounge 이용시 조금 여유를 주었으면 합니다. 끝나기 마지막에 와인 한잔 요청했는데,,, 너무 시간을 잘 지켜서..... 좀 민망했습니다. (저희는 웃어 넘길수 있었어요. 심각하지 않았어요)
