스텝들은 모두 친절했습니다. 다만 조식 부페가 조금 아쉽다는 생각이 들었고, 테이블 스텐드가 가끔 깜빡거리는 등의 아쉬움이 있습니다.

라운지 이용은 좋았으나 조식과 라운지의 퀄리티는 기대 이하였습니다 간혹 보이는 날파리가 입맛을 떨어트리게 만들었습니다. 미리 얼리 체크인을 요청하였으나 전혀 반영되지 않았습니다. 이는 방이 있음에도 시간이 될 때까지 주지 않는 기분이었고 이로 인해 3시 정각까지 하염없이 기다리게 만들었습니다. 처음부터 3시에 가능하다고했다면 기다리지 않고 투어를 다녀왔을텐데 준비가 되는대로 연락을 주겠다는 말에 다른 활동을 못하고 기다리게 된 점은 매우 아쉽습니다.

Your positive comments are truly appreciated. However, we are genuinely sorry that several elements of your stay did not meet your expectations. In particular, please accept our sincere apologies regarding your arrival experience. We understand how disappointing it must have been to wait until 3:00 PM despite having requested early check-in in advance. We regret that our communication led you to wait at the hotel instead of planning other activities.
