I stayed at The Clarence Sydney Hotel for four nights. The biggest highlight is definitely the location. It’s right in the centre of everything close to Wynyard Station, Town Hall, QVB, and even within walking distance to Circular Quay in about 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room size was reasonable for a city hotel. However, cleanliness needs improvement as dust was noticeable throughout the room. Because the property is right on the street, you can also expect some party noise and traffic sounds at night. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for travellers who prioritise a great, convenient location above all else. #Room 606

Your comments about the cleanliness and linen replacement are very concerning and I sincerely apologise. This is not the level of service we aim to provide and I will be addressing this with our housekeeping team. Regarding the lack of bottled water, we understand this may have been disappointing. We do not provide bottled water because Sydney tap water is safe to drink and choosing refillable options is a more sustainable practice. Thank you also for mentioning that your room felt too small. Our rooms have a compact design which some guests enjoy, however we understand this may not suit everyone. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we can continue to improve. 위칙 최고임 공항에서 지하철타고 윈야드역에서 내려서 걸어서 10분거리에 위치 오페라하우스 하버브릿지 시티 다 걸어서 다닐수 있고 맛집도 많음 다음에 오면 또 머물겠음

Staff were great, the room layout was…interesting but functional and quite funky. The proximity to Town Hall is also fantastic and any hotel with coffee pods instead of international roast or blend 43 sachets has my attentions. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and we did find the street noise to be quite loud, the only other complaint was with the shower and getting hot water through, our room was taking a few minutes before it would heat up, reception was getting maintenance to look at it when we left
