Dear Jieun j., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Your comments about the cleanliness and linen replacement are very concerning and I sincerely apologise. This is not the level of service we aim to provide and I will be addressing this with our housekeeping team. Regarding the lack of bottled water, we understand this may have been disappointing. We do not provide bottled water because Sydney tap water is safe to drink and choosing refillable options is a more sustainable practice. Thank you also for mentioning that your room felt too small. Our rooms have a compact design which some guests enjoy, however we understand this may not suit everyone. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we can continue to improve.
