le personnel était extra. La chambre pour personnes handicapées (alors que je ne le suis pas) bof. Entièrement fermée, c'est anxiogène. Le frigo est a décongeler d'urgence. La prise USB ne fonctionnait pas pour recharger les appareils

Hôtel situé bien au centre mais l’état général est plus que mauvais pour cette catégorie Saleté à tous les niveaux et équipement vieillots L’entretien semble être secondaire dans cet établissement

L'hotel est tres bien situe et facile d'acces. Il est cependant decevant pour un hotel categorise comme 5 etoiles. Dans le couloir qui mene a la chambre, la peinture au mur et sur les portes est craquelee, pas de prises USB au mur a cote du lit. Les adaptateurs ne tenaient pas dans les prises murales. Les produis disponibles dans la salle de bain (shampooing, gel douche etc) ne sont pas de la meme marque. Cependant petit plus les produits feminin mis a disposition. Pour autant la chambre est spacieuse et propre.

Accueil de qualité. Chambre grande mais à rafraichir. Service du PDJ une vraie catastrophe > plus de 20 minutes pour avoir un café froid (notre commande est restée plus de 10 minutes sur le comptoir alors que plusieurs serveurs sont passés devant sans même s'y interesser, la deuxième commande du café a carrément été oublié (je suis resté au comptoir pour obtenir ma commande), buffet sale et non réalimenté. Service du bar le soir pas mieux, 35 minutes pour avoir un pauvre plateau fromage.
