الموقع والغرف والخدمة والنظافة والاستقبال كلها جيدة ولكن الفطور دون المستوى وخاصة لغير الاسيويين ولم يتحسن الوضع رغم اخر زيارة لي قبل شهرين والوعد بتحسين قائمة الإفطار لغير الاسيويين ولكن يبدو أن الفندق و مسئوليه ينصب على الاسيويين رغم ان الفندق ضمن قائمة فنادق الانترناشونال والتى يجب أن يهتم بجميع ضيوفه من جميع الجنسيات. كذلك وقت الشوكولاتة لم يكن بمستوى فندق 5 نجوم من ناحية التنظيم ونوعية الشوكلاته المعروضة.

فندق ممتاز وغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة استقبال جيد ولكن الفطور محدود وكل خياراته طعام اسيوي وخيارات الشرق الأوسط محدود رغم انه فندق ذو ماركة عالميه فالمفروض وضع خيارات الغير الاسيويين ضمن أولويات الفطور حيث يوجد كثير من النزلاء العرب في الفندق كذلك الخدمة في المطعم غير جيدة وغير متجاوبين مع طلبات النزلاء
