I feel room was not very clean , carpet has marks on , vanity in the bathroom was rusty . I stayed there there 15 years ago and didn’t change . Need upgrade for the money we paid

We checked in & had to leave by 8pm the same night due to our daughter being unwell. We hadn’t used the room at all, so thought we would have been refunded the stay cost or some of it.
