Always a pleasure however the Bella Char Restaurant was not up to standard as previously experienced I was extremely disappointed with the restaurant this trip. I have stayed here on many occasions and would only comment adversely if it is warranted. 1/ Dinner - I asked for medium rare scotch fillet which was overdone and consider well done - grey not pink and no blood at all - no refund offered and only consumed a small portion 2/ Following night wanted to get some room service/take away and approached restaurant - front of house mentioned chef wasnt prepared to offer either and options available were to suitable - it was 7:30-7:45pm prior to State of Origin 3/ Takeaway breakfast - consisted of a toasted baked and egg sandwich - just slapped together - bread hardly toasted and baked hardly cooked and egg dripped all over the toast Overall, unless the chef improves his attitude (as mentioned by front on house) I doubt I will eat there again - there are plenty of other options in Gerringong PS - I have enjoyed many meals at Bella Char and this is the first time I have experienced such poor food. Front of house staff however are awesome and always welcoming me into the restaurant whenever I arrive

Very inconsistence in service, some staff are very good some are average. Some so not appreciate if one is Accor Plus Loyal member Staff needs proper training and should be able to deliver good customer experience
