The hotel is next to my work location and stayed over due to an event. The service and food were top notch. Indeed the breakfast offering was extensive, of high quality and fresh. It would put some hotels in a higher price bracket to shame. Overall, the Ibis delivers where it matters and is well run with a team that has a real customer focus. Thank you !

Temperatura w pokoju gdy przyjechałem była prawie taka ja na zewnątrz. Ogrzewanie (mała jednostka klimatyzacji/ogrzewania) działa tylko gdy jesteś w środku. Brak innych pokoi. Dołożony kaloryfer dopiero po całej nocy ogrzał trochę pomieszczenie. Pod prysznicem było jeszcze zimniej.

The room was nice and clean, basic but fit for purpose. We were in Cambridge for a company Christmas party. However, there was only 1 toilet for male/female/disabled in the bar area and there was no toilet roll and the seat was covered in excrement!!

A Very Pleasant Stay

We had an excellent stay here. Very close to the railway station and an easy walk into the City centre. Plenty of dining options and a lot of supermarkets. Our room was quite spacious with excellent WiFi. There as are discounts for Accor members at the cafe at reception and they had an excellent scheme if you skip the clean daily there is a five pound voucher you can redeem at the cafe. Very reasonable room rates and all in all a pleasant stay.
