Lovely stay during our 3 days weekend visit. Location was good for us. Rooms were clean. The services from the moment we checked in by the lady receptionist Ufuoma was fabulous. Gave us a handful of teas and coffee just so we don’t run out of teas in our rooms. Very professional and welcoming. Although the heating was down we had radiators in our rooms which she informed us nicely about. She even persuaded us to have breakfast and dinner which was a good move on her part cos we really enjoyed our meals. We definitely recommend. Her level of professionalism was top notch always had a smile on her face even with some rude guests I actually felt sorry for her but the way she handled the situation was 100/100 if I was the receptionist I definitely will not stand by and let rude people talk to me. She definitely had patience which is very commendable. I will say she was the only staff that made our stay enjoyable. We didn’t get to see her when we were checking out but we hope to see her again during our next visit.

Great staff and very welcoming. Special thanks to Giusppe and Roxy for being so helpful and accomodating. We were very surprised but the relaxing and professional atmosphere and delicious pizzas. Rooms are very clean and good value for money.Will definitely stay again.
