Shabby and in need of an upgrade. Rooms like little cells. Basically the bare minimum they can get away with. Thankfully only stayed for a few hours to rest before an early flight.

Great location for Late or Early morning flights, with a frequent bus service too and from the airport after arriving in on late flight the the bus takes about 6-10 minutes. The hotel itself was very clean the room decor was a bit tired but perfectly comfortable lifts to all floors Bus stop is just outside the Holiday Inn Hotel next door give yourself time to get to bus stop. Bus fare to airport I think is only £1.90 check with driver if you can get a return ticket. will definitely be using this hotel location again. They do offer Breakfast but didn't try it. It is also walking distance too if you don't want to take the bus about 20 minute walk.

We stayed at ibis London Luton Airport with our family and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, especially if you’re travelling via Luton Airport – very convenient and easy to reach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with enough space for a family stay. Beds were cosy and we all slept well, which is always a big plus when travelling with family. The hotel was also quiet and peaceful, despite being close to the airport. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist, which made our stay stress-free. The check-in process was smooth and quick. We also appreciated the good value for money, reliable free Wi-Fi, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The atmosphere felt relaxed and family-friendly. Overall, a great stay and exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay near Luton Airport. A good hotel for early and late flights, checked in in the middle of the night, very friendly staff, a very kind, beautiful and friendly girl named Martyna was at the reception, I wish there were more workers like her in hotels❤️
