Booked park and fly. Easy hotel to find and plenty of parking Regular shuttle buses to Airport Rooms clean and spacious. Everything you need to night away from home

The Eastern Urology Group Annual Conference chaired by Mr Sampi Mehta

Yesterday the Eastern Urology Group (EUG) returned to the Stansted Novotel for our annual meeting. We chose to come here again because arranging the venue was very easy and very reasonably priced compared to their competitors. Sam is the lady that dealt with us & she was just brilliant. On the day Chef Sanjay prepared a most delicious lunch which was complimented many times over. The facilities for a conference are brilliant. Venue could easily accommodate over 100 delegates and IT was no issue at all. The star of our show was Jonathan. Nothing was too much for him to deal with from an extra sound bar to create an atmosphere to perfect lighting and room temperature. He constantly checked in to make sure all was going as planned. The Eastern Urology Group is made up of around 200 clinicians and we have used many venues over the last 15 years. This venue is far the most reliable in terms of facilities (free parking / gym / WiFi etc for delegates). They even discounted the room rate for delegates. Whilst the facilities are perfect it was Sam, Sanjay & Jonathan that really made the difference. Well done !!

We stayed on 4th November and ate in the restaurant. The service we had from James in the restaurant was outstanding, the food was good quality. Without hesitation we would stay here again. The room was warm, clean and front of house team were most welcoming. Breakfast was excellent before our departure to the airport at 07.30. We booked our car for 5 nights and got the shuttle bus to Stansted, easy and trouble free both ways.

Nice overnight stay, other than challenge to find a car park in the hotel. The breakfast spread had good choice and in particular chef Rafal was exceptional who prepared a very good egg to order which was tasty. The breakfast was priced reasonably. Recommend novotel stansted
