Stayed for two days when in Toulouse Room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the park and pool Room was a good size Nice bathroom Separate toilet Small fridge Tv Room was nice and clean Adequate for a two day stay Staff polite Front of hotel surrounds were a bit tatty - looks abandoned / closed down Nice little bar Didn’t eat at Hotel

What a wonderful experience and start to our 20th Wedding Anniversary trip. We had been upgraded to a Suite & nothing was too much for the staff who made our stay unforgettable. This Hotel is in a perfect location to explore Toulouse. Plenty of places to eat and you can take advantage of a Hotel guest discount at the Brasserie Le Capoul that serves pretty decent food!

We had an excellent stay at Novotel Toulouse. It is located within walking distance of several key sites in the city - including the Basilica of Saint Sernin and Jacobin Convent. It is also a five minute walk away from Capitole Square where one can find many restaurants and shops to indulge in. There are more snack/dining and shopping options along the way and down by-lanes, too. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained, with most amenities required for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby, which also housed the breakfast spread/bar and a kids' play area, had a bright and contemporary setup with a bit of a fun jungle theme in places. A lovely hotel to stay at if visiting Toulouse.

Although booking Superior (!) room, we got a very small room under the roof so we had to bend down when going to the bath. Roof windows could not be oppened. The breakfast quite poor. The floor in the hall was quite dirty. Don't think I will ever stay in Novotel hotels anymore.

Don’t Bother! My husband and I booked one night here, thankfully, and the hotel check in guy was so horrible. We walked in and he said we owed for 3 nights before he would check us in. We had originally booked for 2 nights but we had cancelled one. He insisted we owed and would not back down. He was exceedingly rude. My husband went back to the car and found the cancellation so he said we owed for 2 nights one with hotels.com which we use and another from Expedia which we NEVER use. We argued and he finally looked at his watch and said, “Well you are lucky, it’s before 3:00pm so you can cancel. We were mortified at his rudeness and said we thought he owed us an apology which he flat out refused. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but when we got to the very cramped room the carpet was filthy. Disgustingly filthy! We only took off our shoes in the bathroom to shower. The next day the same ride young man was there again and still very unpleasant. We asked for the manager to make our feelings known. He went in and talked to her. We don’t know what he said to her but her attitude was cold as ice. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
