Friendly and helpful staff. A very budget hotel. Very very basic. Great location if you need to be close to railway station. Take tissues and a shower cap and pack a facecloth if you need one. Walking distance to main part of Toulouse. Would only recommend this hotel for the location to the railway station, which is just across the road

Then hotel offers spacious clean rooms. Quiet. Bed is good. Very conveniently located just across the railway station and the bus to the airport. Metro A under the station. 10 to 15 minutes walk towards the Capitole and busy streets with restaurants and shops. The surrundings are safe.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage up by the steps as the elevator was broken. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent for the train station Gare Matabiau. Rooms are basic but fine for a one night stay. Supermarket options are close by.

Stayed here for 2 nights.Conveniently located near Central Station.3 minutes walk the supermarket.The room was comfortable and clean.Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used Accor Hotels a lot , gaining Gold card which gives us two each a free welcome drink on arrival in Accor Hotels, However this hotel who gave us only one welcome drink between us :(.

It was the very good Ibis in front of the main railway station.The room I have (double) is very clean, very spacious (although I am not sure all rooms have the same size). It has a proper desk, good bed, in good location easy access to the station. You can check in 12.00 at Ibis and for me it is a big plus.I have nothing to complain this time.
