Yesteday I sent a review with mistake, I talked very bad about Ibis Toulon, is not toulose that I had very good experince, A wonderful location a good breakfast and a good service too, i recomend IBIS Toulose

Overall I was very pleased with this hotel. It is located excellently in the center and with easy reach to absolutely anything and everything in the city and the metro is just around the corner. The room was tidy and clean and had all the amenities you'd need for a short stay. Most of the people on the front desk were very helpful and lovely. The only negatives I would say were that it was very hot on our first couple of days and the air conditioning was stuck at an awful temperature that the hotel couldn't fix and nor would they let us open the windows and secondly, the gentleman that first greeted us at the hotel upon arrival was a little rude and abrasive and when you first arrive at your hotel on holiday then you want to be made to feel welcome and I simply wasn't. This was a shame because everyone else was lovely.

Very good hotel, excellent location in Toulouse, good service, nicely decorated rooms with enough space. maybe o litte tiny for two persons with a lot bagage. Good breakfeast buffet and p cosy bar. imediate acess to Place du Capitole, Pace Wilson

I stayed in this hotel with my husband last week. A terrible, terrible experience. When I made the reservation, I kindly asked for a quiet room and stated that we were having our wedding anniversary in Toulouse. They not only gave the minor importance to the request, as there when we arrived in the room, it had only one towel. Plus, it was very very cold in Toulouse, but the temperature couldn’t be set up to more than 23 degrees. It was so cold in the room, the next day I got up with a sorethroat as a result and now I am in use of antibiotics. Also, the second day in breakfast, the staff of the hotel asked 3 different times what was my room, witch made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I were “stealing” breakfast. The room was very noisy as well, I woke up at night several time becaus there were people talking in the other rooms. At least the bed was comfortable and the hotel was recently renewed. Plus, the location was excellent. But, I would never stay there again. It was a big disappointed or my husband and I because we decided to pay more to stay in a hotel we thought would be much better. P

For work I had to travel to Toulouse. I was recommended to book the Ibis Styles in Toulouse center. This was a perfect stay in a just refurbished hotel on the town square with lots of nice restaurants. Staff was very helpful.

Since some year I have stayed at Ibis hotels in the world. It would not different in Toulouse. It was a very good experience. The hotel is very nice! The accomodations are new and clean. The staffs were very friendly and cordial. Certally I will come back in the Hotel Du Taur.
