Always being home for me to stay at this hotel. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. Room was clean, the hospitality was great. Always have a tasty meal during stay. In the middle of a busy street at jakarta, this hotel was comfy to stay. Keep it up .

Sahabat saya stay dikamar 508 today.. Nice stay & comfortable room - Environment.. Pengalaman yg tak terlupakan, saat ulangtahun ku di celebrate oleh beberapa staff Mercure Cikini ( all i know ada salah satu yg bernama Hezkiel ).. Thankyou very much indeed, keep up the good work guys

A pleasant stay experience, with great service. I felt a short staycation moment with my family On Saturday 21 of December 2024 ,with a variety of valuable experiences especially with my family, the most memorable thing was the kids activity which involved the unique service at Mercure making Mocktails or Mixology. Apart from all that, the food and drinks served are delicious and have a wide variety of choices. Along with clean and comfortable rooms, creating a pleasant staying experience. Once again, staying at Mercure Cikini with family is unforgettable! Friendly, communicative, and fun! 😊👍 Great location! Near my office and close to the train station, making it super easy to go anywhere. So, staycation at Mercure Cikini is totally worth it! 🚆🏢✨

The hotel location, room, food, and all staff are helpful and excellent, and specially for Ms. Fannie as asst. Guest Experience Manager, who lead the kids activity of "Mixology". last but not least , we do appreciate for the sustainability program, and looking forward to keep doing it for the future.
