Reception team are supportive and very kind, The room was perfect, I can got the room on the morning when I arrived. all the publics area and all the facilities are good and clean. don have any complaint .

fantastic hotel, nice hotel, nice room, the city view from the 20FL be nice. the staff at the front desk very helpful and make me happy so much. the Station on the 8th fl was good same. you can get the shuttle bus to MRT.

Very nice Atmospheres both of indoor and outdoor at M Wine Lounge, located on 10th floor at Mercure Bangkok Makkasan. I went there with my friends (long-time not see them) for dinner. We had enjoynable time for sharing experience and non-stop eating food. If you look for something spice up and yummy, I would recommend you : Pizza Sai Aua (Northern Thai Sausage) mixed with Nam Prik Noom (Nothern Thai Green Chiili), Spicy roasted salmon salad, Pad Thai with prawns and soft-shell crab salad. All dishes are delicious. I selected Oxfords Landing Shiraz & Merlot from Australia Wine, its raspberry aromas, this wine is great to drink with food. Thank you, Khun Nok/ Restaurant Manager and Khun Beer are lovely staff and good service. they can provide product information to us. Special Thank you Mr.Sathit/ General Manager and Khun Zack/Director of F&B for warm welcome us. I will visit there again :)

the best mecure hotel in the Bangkok, you can do the process of check in just only 3 mins. and check out same. the front desk team are the best team, Mr. Peam and Mr. Keytry so nice and polite. the breakfast on the 8th very good too.

Recommended this hotel coz fully facilities of the hotel, Car park, restaurant on the 8th floor for the breakfast and lunch. 10th floors have a swimming pool, the bar and Louge. the room was clean and comfortable. staff at the front desk was good.
