The stay has been great! Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. It has great rooftop bar and swimming pool. Mint, Top and Ekk from front desk made checkout experience super easy and convenient. Restaurant serves great Thai food. The location might not be ideal for families with kids.

We had a wonderful time a lot. We would love to come back again next time. All stads are helpful and lovely. Especially Ekk and Tum were helping us with transportation and other assistent during our stay. The room is clean and i love the location of hotel

I found out about this brand when I stayed at their Seoul property. Next stop was Thailand so I booked this hotel. Professional staff, clean rooms, and great amenities. Happen to be here on my birthday and was quite surprised to come back to my room and see a birthday cake with inscription on the plate and a card from the hotel. Apparently Mr James, duty manager, noticed my birthday in my paperwork and sent over an order to the culinary department to make up the plate. Such a nice touch. Very personalized. I will be back here later this month and looking forward to come back.

The hotel is well located on Sukhumvit 4. The rooms are spacious, and the king-size bed is very comfortable. It's worth noting that the room is well soundproofed and clean. Housekeeping is done daily. There is a fridge and a safe. The breakfast is very diverse and truly delicious. The staff is very pleasant and polite, which is very common in Thailand. I would like to thank the receptionist Mint, who was very helpful and genuinely kind. In conclusion, the value for money is excellent.
