Their thoughtful recommendations, attention to my dietary preferences, and their genuinely courteous manner made every dining experience remarkably pleasant. Their ability to balance warmth with professionalism reflects a deep dedication to their roles and greatly enhanced my stay. 2) Khun Paeng – Breakfast Service Staff Khun Paeng exemplifies outstanding service quality. Her refined courtesy, attentiveness, and ability to anticipate guests’ needs created a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere each morning. Small gestures — such as keeping beverages topped up and offering guidance on the freshest menu items — showcased her commitment to delivering an elevated guest experience. Low-rise, resort-style hotel just a few steps away from Sukhumvit Road. Newly renovated and providing excellent service! Previously known as the Swissotel Nai Lert, this hotel was completely and very nicely renovated and reopened in 2023 as Movenpick BDMS. I stayed here a couple of times since then and the operational quality has continously improved and reached a very high level. Can strongly recommend this property for a nice stay in Bangkok!

Boxing Comment BDMS boxing gym truly stands out for its fantastic coaches—both male and female are absolutely excellent. They are incredibly patient, always going out of their way to look after newbies, guiding every punch and stance with detail. The training intensity is perfectly balanced: not too easy to feel unchallenged, nor too harsh to overwhelm beginners. Whether you’re taking your first step in boxing or looking to practice regularly, BDMS offers a friendly, supportive vibe that makes every session enjoyable and rewarding. Highly recommended!

ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินค่อนข้างรอนานนิดนึง ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย สะอาด อาหารเช้าดีมาก บรรยากาศภายในโรงแรมดี แต่ในฐานะแพลคตินัมเมเบอร์ในครั้งนี้ ไม่สามรถขอเลทเช็คเอาท์ได้เลยแม้แค่ชั่วโมงเดียว ทำให้การพักผ่อนไม่ต่อเนื่องเหมือนในหลายๆโรงแรมที่ไปพักมาในเครือ accor

While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 70 out of 100. I acknowledge that 70 is an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe that there is always room for improvement. I noticed from your comment that you have experienced some delay during the check-in and was somewhat unhappy with no late checkout being provided to you on this stay. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and humbly apologize for any negative feeling created on this occasion. While this is in no way an excuse, allow me to transparently share that, your stay period coincided with a very busy period for the hotel as we were running tight on November 13th and full house on November 14th, with over 90 rooms departing each day and similar number of arrivals. Despite planning the operations in advance, we had a number of guests who arrived at the same time, causing some delay and impacting the check-in experience for our guests, and as the hotel was running full house on November 14th, we were unfortunately not able to extend a late check-out on that day to avoid further delay for the rooms availability for the incoming guests. May I humbly thank you for your kind understanding as we genuinely always provide flexibility for our guests for a later check-out whenever this is possible. While this may not take away any negative feeling from your last visit, I genuinely hope this will ease your concerns and bring you comfort and reassurance that your feedback and experience matters to me.
