While I understand that your recent stay was overall to your expectations and you have appreciated the the genuine and friendly service provided by our team, I also noticed from your comment that you have experienced the condition of the wash basin presence with rust which concern about the cleanliness standard. I fully empathize with your feelings and appreciate your candid feedback.
