พนง. บริการดี โดยเฉพาะ counter check-in / พนง. โดยรวม friendly / พนง. ตรงรับส่งกระเป๋า ( ผู้ชาย ถ้าจำไม่ผิด ชื่อทีม ) บริการดีมากไม่เพิกเฉย ห้อง 422 ใต้อ่างล้างหน้าเป็นสนิม และมีเศษสนิมหลุดออกมาเป็นชิ้นๆ 😥

While I understand that your recent stay was overall to your expectations and you have appreciated the the genuine and friendly service provided by our team, I also noticed from your comment that you have experienced the condition of the wash basin presence with rust which concern about the cleanliness standard.
