Loveky hotel long way from attractions.

Lovely pool and gardens but a fair grab drive to major attractions. Public transport seems disjointed. Ok if you want to hang out near pool. Hotel ativity program ..yoga etc is good. Large well equipped gym.

Fantastic 5 Star Wellness resort with amazing gym staff and facilities

Fantastic wellness resort with great healthy options at all the restaurants. The rooms are big and spacious and the staff is amazing. The best part about my whole stay was the gym facilities, staff and personal trainers that were available there. The hotel offers complimentary activity classes every day of the week which alone itself is much more valuable than the cost of the hotel room. The classes are very small and that level of personal training would cost way more in a gym outside but this one comes with a free five star resort room. The trainer Petch was excellent, he knew how to challenge you and adjust the program to really get you to perform at your fullest. I went for Muy Thai, Hyrox and Core Balance classes and feel fantastic. Highly recommend a stay at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort and make sure to book the free daily activities at the gym.

Trainer at fitness is kind and attentive. Front desk is very attentive. We are returning guest every month. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Bedroom, I really liked it. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good, no unpleasant smell.

1.ค่า deposit ความเสียหายคืนละ 2,000 *2 คืน 4000 บาท deposit โดยการรูดบัตรเครดิต หลังจาก Chk out พนง แจ้งว่ารอ refund อีก 2 week พักมาหลายที่ ที่อื่น automatic refund ทันทีเพิ่งเห็นที่นี่ใช้เวลานานลืมขนาดนั้น 2.สัญญาณ wifi ในห้องแย่มาก ใช้งานไม่ได้ ดีทีส่ง จนท it มาแก้ปัญหาใหัโดยการมาติดตั้งเครื่องการะจายสัญญาณใหีที่ ห้อง ขอชื่นชม จนท IT จากใจจริง แต่ รร ควรแก้ปัญหาที่ต้นเหตุ 3.ทีวี ใช้งานยากมาก ไปนอน 2 คืน ไม่ได้เปิดเลย หาปุ่ม program list ก็ไม่เจอ สรุปไม่เปิดเลย แนะนำควรเป็น smart tv 4.อาหารที่สั่งมาทานที่ห้อง จาก room service อร่อยมาก ขอชื่นชมครับ 5.อีกเรื่อง ผมรอ check in นานมาก ผมมาประชุมที่นี่ครั้งที่ 3 และค่าห้องได้รับการ support จาก company แต่ด้วยระบบส่งต่อข้อมูลที่ไม่ดี ผมต้แงีอเชคประมาณ 10 นาที ไม่ประทับใจ no first impression มาก

I genuinely welcome every gues''s feedback, the good, the bad and the ugly as this helps me and my team to constantly reflect on our service offerings and continuously look at ways to further enhance our customer experience in the future. However, I understand that your recent stay experience was not to your expectation and noticed from your comment that you have experienced some inconveniences with the guestroom TV, with the WiFi, with the check-in process and wait for getting your room and you were unhappy with the deposit process and release period. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and apologize for any inconvenience experienced on this occasion with the check-in process, the Wi-Fi and the Television, rest assured that I will personally review these matters with our Director of Engineering, our IT Manager as well as our Front Office Manager to review the processes as well as the Wi-Fi and the TV in the guestroom and take the appropriate corrective matters to avoid such reoccurrence in the future. With regards to the deposit release process, allow me to transparently share that, as part of our hotel process, any deposit blocked on a credit card is automatically released upon guest's departure. However, it usually takes between 2 to 14 days, depending on the processing time between our merchant bank and your bank to have the deposit fully lifted from the credit card. As you may understand, this is not hold by the hotel but rather a usual process between banks, which is unfortunately beyond our control. Nevertheless, I have asked our Front Office Manager to follow-up with our merchant bank to ensure they expedite the process to avoid any delay. I trust this will ease your concerns and bring you comfort and reassurance that your feedback and experience matter to me, Despite your disappointment, I sincerely look forward to welcoming you again at Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok on your future travels to the city and ensuring a more seamless and blissful stay.
