I have been staying at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 for the past six years, and it just keeps getting better! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff, especially the reception team, the manager, and the concierge, for their exceptional hospitality. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job keeping everything spotless. I truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place!” Thank you TOP . TIN . Beautiful location with very clean room and very helpful staff Especialy : Som,Don,Kwang,Best. Their smile and working hard is enough to rate them 5 to 5,, also they help us a lots during check in at the club floor as well with luggage and also they keep in touch with us for anything’s we need. Highly appreciated Mercure

We are with Accor club and got an upgrade to the privilege suite street view room it was a huge room with a king bed as well as a lounge area & dining table. The bathroom also has a rain shower & big tub which also could b used as a shower as it has a hand held shower. I loved the Toto toilet & bum gun (aka bidet) the toilet flushes so quietly & efficiently & it’s lower than western toilets making it way better. (IFYKYK) The staff were friendly but not over baring fake. The hotel was impeccably clean. The pool lacked shade & any sort of vibe unfortunately but I think it might be run by a separate company but still it’s a big pool with plenty of seating including couples day beds & a bar which had staff when we went down. The concierge was very onto things in regards to what car was picking up who to ensure people got into the right car ect. The only thing I’d say about this hotel is on the weekend it’s noisy but let’s be honest you’d be daft to come to a party district in a major city on the weekend and expect it to be quiet haha. It certainly wasn’t unbearable when we did want to sleep & we didn’t hear noise from the other rooms it’s more so from the music from the nightclubs but we expected that actually i thought it would be alot louder than what it was.

Great service and friendly staff especially Kitt and Adison.... .the lounge service was great especially made to feel welcome by Best and Som..great breakfast and ambience at lily fu....on the whole it felt like a home away from home......

My husband and I stayed at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised at receiving an upgrade to a 2 room suite which was fantastic. We enjoyed the clubroom for nightly cocktails and canapes and special thanks to Som, Don and Best for taking great care of us.
