The location is good and their service is superb. A special thanks to Mr Adison and Mr Ken for their warmth and ever-so-ready-to-help attitude. Remember to bring your own vanity kit and shower cap as these are not provided by the hotel. They provide dental kits though. Will definitely stay in Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 again. Thank you for making our stay in Bangkok a pleasant one.

Addison was really amazing made us feel so welcomed the staff was great let us have a slightly later check out because we came in late both restaurants were really good. We had a fun time at the pool Addison and the concierge especially were really sweet and understanding would recommend,

Probably the nicest hotel on Soi 11. I was greeted by staff as I exited the taxi on my night arival. Very attentive. Check-in took less than 2 minutes. My request for a high floor over looking Soi 11 was met. The room was perfect with the stunning views I'd hoped for. The bed was comfortable to the point of sleeping in it was that good. Housekeeping was meticulous and friendly. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked 3 more nights at the end of my trip.

very good and accommodating good location with all restaurants nearby along with helpful and warm staff. it also has an extremely authentic interior decor overall very aesthetic and kook at the reception was very nice and very sweet and guided us through out for anything that we needed

I was travelling around Souteast-Asia and during my stop in Bangkok I choosed the Mercure in Soi 11 again. As a solo-female traveller I felt very save, the really friendly staff was so helpful and keep care of everything. The hotel itself is so nice and the location for nightlife and day-trips just perfect. I highly recommend this hotel👍
