Having traveled to many hotels around the world, I've never encountered such a level of dedication and care. Staff were mostly nice and helpful, particularly Donut at reception, but the rooms need renovation. The bathroom tap leaked and the carpet was worn.

We had three meals, pad Thai, the salad and Masaman gai. Test and presentation was amazing. The host, Natty was very attentive. The speed at which they prepared was acceptable, making the experience. We had the Singah beer at a reasonable price.

Great hotel with convenient location close to MRT. Accommodating and helpful staff who assisted me with a late checkout and various transfers. Would recommend staying here for someone who prefers a little more quiet from the hustle / bustle of BKK

It's nice to come back here again. Staff are always helpful with great service mind from the lounge on 23rd floor. Furthermore, I always come back to the Flavour restaurant. The food is Thai authentic with variety of drinks. The place is cozy with the warm welcome from Khun. EYETY. It feels nice that she can still remember me.
