In spite of ongoing complications created by the renovations, we wish to acknowledge the commitment of Sales and Reception staff members, Finance, Piano and Bank for their dedicated efforts to try and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Millesime and Belga (Breakfast) staff members Nok, Gift, Nui, Bia, Macky, Bin and Chef Nicholas also left a wonderful impression with high commitment to Quality and Service. Nok worked extra hard to deliver my first ‘blue drink’. I will not forget that! Until we meet again!

Terrible Experience since check in nobody escorted us neither offered a welcome drink staff is really slow and seems like they don't care about guest feeling the breakfast the breads looks old and pale,the rooftop was good but still you guys have to catch up alot as there's a lot of competitive hotels nearby

Nice, pleasant hotel, with a disappointing check-in experience, where at our arrival just after 3:15 p.m. we had to wait over 50 minutes for our Club Millesime room to be ready, which was a surprise & an annoyance as I had already completed the online check-in, notifying the hotel of our 3: p.m. arrival time the day before. There was also a slight annoyance with the lobby / 3rd floor areas under maintenance, with all check-ins on the 31st floor, with long wait times for the lifts. The Millesime lounge is very nice, with good, friendly & attentive service, I feel that the Sofitel has slightly lost it's 'special touch' that we had previously experienced. Room was a very odd lay-out, with my prior request for a corner room ignored, and the room itself now showing clear signs of wear & tear, and now in need of updating, for which I would say, at the current price point, isn't really acceptable, especially with a number of newer, more modern hotels located nearby. At this point, I can only recommend for location, with cheaper options available for bigger rooms, there is plenty more available within walking distance.

What a nice hotel to stay! People friendly and so kind. On the reception, Gigi, Natty, Tony, Pun and the king of the Sofitel's reception : TUI! DEEPLY RECOMENDED. The rooftop restaurant was also nice to see and eat.

This hotel has a great location, providing easy access to the public transport system, which is very user-friendly and very cheap. There's no need to be in the traffic jams. The hotel is great. Very clean and spacious. There are renovations being done on the lobby floor, but this did not impact the quality of the hotel. The room was always cleaned and restocked by those amazing cleaning fairies. The Millisime room is wonderful. The staff work together well, making sure all patrons are cared for, and there was a great selection of canapes and hot food. Well done to the chefs. A big thank you to Nok for her service and the rest of the waiting staff. Unfortunately, I do not have their names, but they work well together as a team. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
