Recently stayed here as part of a group. We booked and had confirmed a Twin room. We given a room with one double bed which had a side "room" with a camper bed in it (no other furniture). Reception advised us this was acceptable as a Twin room and they would/could not change our room. They offered to make up the sofa bed in the main room and turn it around. They made the bed up but we had to turn it ourselves. Other members of our group received varying quality of rooms. One booked as a single had a room with 2 proper beds in it, one double one single. 5 nights on a sofa bed while paying full price on an expensive stay should not have been our only option. Very disappointed in this aspect of our stay and how we were treated. We would not return and will not recommend this hotel to others who will be visiting the area in the future. There is one aspect of the hotel I must commend, Donald who looks after Food and Beverage is a huge asset to this hotel and I hope he is appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after at all times including breakfast and dinner. He seems to have a lot to deal with but was always aiming to deliver the highest standards.

Great stay here. Very friendly staff, Darren, Donald, Lynn and Andrew were very helpful. Stayed here for a few weeks and had no problems. The location is perfect, near the beach, restaurants, bars, airport and the town. I would definitely stay here again.

Good solid room choice

2 friends sleeping in 2 sinke beds. Both slept well after a local festival. Woke up to heating a couple having a VERY good time.. not the Hotels fault. Room was clean. Only negative there were no plugs next to bed to charge phone Just two plugs on table next to bed. Breakfast wasn’t great, but we were one of the last two to arrive. All in all would book again. But would park under cover in the car park as my car got scatter gun with seagull poo.
