Decent stay. Staff accommodated our need to have a room without too many stairs. Hotel room in need of refurbishment. Decent location with lots of parking. Did not appreciate the lawnmower starting at 7:30 in morning. Surely it could have waited until later?

Not happy to be awoken by drilling, somewhere in the building, at 7am. And when I arrived in the room the window was wide open so it was freezing. Good job it wasnt winter. Otherwise slept well and very clean.

Had an overnight stay. Not really to Mercure standard. Very pleasant young woman on reception, and the barman. But the building needs a thorough refurbishment. So many things in the room not quite right. Restaurant food terrible - the full menu was not available and what came was very poor.

The room was cold I ask the reception person to have the heat on and provide me with a blanket. Upon my return from dinner the room was still cold. The requested blanket was not provided. I had to call the reception regarding the heat issue. The person came and told me to use the electric heating unit behind chair, this was not giving off enough heat to compensate for the cold room. The reception person returned with a second electric heating unit. The reception person said he was busy with heating calls and the place was full ( hotel).
