We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the warm and professional attitude of the staff. Every team member I interacted with was polite, approachable, and genuinely keen to help, which made a noticeable difference to my stay. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. The room was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged, offering everything needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was comfortable, and the room provided a quiet environment that allowed for a good night’s rest. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, as cleanliness was consistent throughout the property. Public areas were also well presented, creating a nice space to relax or move through without feeling rushed or crowded. The overall ambience of the hotel was calm and welcoming, making it easy to unwind. What truly stood out, however, was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. 2 séjours faits dans ce Mercure, et à chaque fois que j'ai voulu prendre une douche, soit il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, soit, après avoir attendu quelques minutes, l'eau devenait au mieux "tiède". Et j'ai constaté cela sur 2 séjours différents, donc dans au moins 2 chambres différentes.
