All of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so we're disappointed to learn that it was not working as expected during your visit. As our windows are sealed for safety and to reduce external noise, we appreciate that this can be particularly uncomfortable if the air conditioning is not performing correctly. Our team is available 24 hours a day and would have been more than happy to assist had we been made aware of the issue during your stay.
