We stayed here for the weekend great warm welcome from reception, explained all about the Hotel, We were on the 10th floor and the room was perfect breakfast both mornings was spot on Rose looked after us so well, Checkout was very good we will definitely be back

Hotel was fine but noise levels from surrounding rooms was unacceptable

Had opted to stay in Manchester due to an important business meeting the next day. At 1am was woken by voices in the rooms next door. Occupants didnt appear to be raising their voices, but could hear every word. Including noises from other rooms. Managed to get an hour or so sleep but was awaken at 5am by more voices. Wish I had not booked as would have been more refreshed travelling. On the positive the hotel is fine and staff very pleasant. Although an invoice was promised to be emailed to me which did not come through (or to junk folder). I will need to chase again.
