All the best to Deep Raj Cheryl I enjoyed the cranberry Prosecco. The arrival was good the rooms are good. Best hotel in Manchester. The rooms were very comfortable and a great location centrally for shopping. Great food and wine in the restaurant

Hotel stay was lovely from the outside looking in but certain aspects of the hotel were dated and could do with an upgrade. Breakfast lounge area: Lighting to be brighter, carpets, tables and chairs changed Bedroom: Bathroom toilet flush mechanism, door handle, heating no instructions No Telephone Table service at breakfast needs to improved. Jam & marmalade Conserves changed to individual portions like the butter. Two tongs for brown and white bread as I witnessed a lady using her hands! Better welcoming signage for customers coming in from the car park Driving: Better outside building & road signage for finding hotel and the entrance to car park.

We will also improve signage both outside the building and on the roads to make it easier for guests to find the hotel and the entrance to the car park. Lovely stay

It was a lovely hotel! However we booked the family room and stated family of 4 only to be given a double bed with one single. They were quick to correct it and then we were given 2 interconnecting rooms with 2 double beds. All the staff were very friendly and the hotel has a lovely breakfast selection with modern interior. Overall I would recommend this hotel as it's also in a great location.

Had a nice room with a nice view - although with a safe which was not fastened to a wall, so you could pick it up and walk away with it, which is not very safe.
