Dear Mr. H., Xin chào! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Novotel Danang Premier Han River and for your loyalty as an ALL Silver Member. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the room condition upon arrival and the takeaway breakfast provided during your stay. Regarding the deposit, please allow us to clarify that the amount taken at check-in was a pre-authorization hold. While the hotel releases the hold upon check-out when there are no outstanding charges, the timeframe for the funds to be returned to your account depends on the policies and processing time of the issuing bank. We understand this may have caused concern and appreciate your understanding. We also regret your disappointment with the takeaway breakfast. As our breakfast box is designed as a light meal for guests departing before the restaurant opens, the selection is more limited compared to our buffet breakfast. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comments and will share them with our culinary team as we continuously review our offerings to better meet guest expectations.
