Alors que nous avions une carte gold Accor , rien n’a été fait pour satisfaire à notre demande; la seule proposition qui nous a été faite pour nous donner une chambre avec vue, était un supplément d’environ 1500 € pour cinq nuits, ce qui me paraît peu raisonnable . Ensuite, une autre proposition à été formulée en réduisant le montant de la moitié, mais jamais auparavant dans aucun hôtel du groupe Accor aucun supplément n'a avec été demandé pour un changement de chambre.
