Good Hotel with Small Rooms

Hotel is neat. Rooms are small. There is no door for the shower area. For Couples its fine. For two brothers or Sisters without a door for shower , how far it will be convenient Which i am not sure. Only one water bottle is kept every day. Additional Drinking water is chargeable - 13 Euro. Anything apart from the standard bath accessory, delivery charges 5 Euro is applicable. From both sides of the hotel you will not get Eiffel Tower View from the room. Only City View from all the rooms. Eiffel Tower View will be there from Skybar. Skybar entry is not free for the guests. Minimum Spend 50 Euros required per person to enter the Skybar. Train station is very close by. Many restaurants and shopping options are available in Montparnasse, which is very much close by to the Hotel. Montparnasse Tower is very close to the hotel , 5-7 minutes walkable distance. You can have a fantastic view of Paris from Montparnasse Tower.

Lack of hospitality

Travelled with 2 adults and 2 kids (6 & 9). Room was clean, spacious and well appointed. But for the price and the brand that was expected. However the staff are not well trained, show no initiative or warmth. This is with the exception of Johan at the check in desk who was fabulous. We arrived at the hotel on a cold windy Paris night with 2 young kids and 4 medium pieces of luggage. The concierge and doorman were more concerned with keeping themselves out of the cold wind then stepping out and helping us with the bags. Dinner at their umami restaurant was underwhelming. Concierge gave us the wrong information with regards to a PSG game - incorrect directions and told us we wouldn’t need ID. Thank god we decided to follow the advice of Google instead and brought ID or we would not have been able to enter the stadium and watch the game we paid over 800+ euros for. Icing on the cake was at checkout. It was raining heavily and the staff member at concierge instead of calling us a cab suggested we walk across the road with our 4 pieces of luggage and kids in tow! No sense of hospitality from any of the staff (with the exception of Johan). If you are a family with young kids book with another hotel.

Regret to have visited this place

Good location, comfortable room, good food but staff - zero professionalism. I expected a lot from the brand and felt dissappointed by the way I had been treated, lack of communication between departments/indivudual staff members to transfer necessary information to avoid the situation the guests have to "fight" for services confirmed when booking the hotel.

Gorgeous hotel - Incredible Staff

We stayed at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse for one night and it was so incredible that I wish we could’ve stayed longer. When we arrived in front of the hotel from our Uber, the hotel staff literally ran outside to help us with our bags and walk us in. The staff were so attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was so big with a beautiful view. Everything was very clean and felt very luxurious. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is right by a shopping center and train station. We also went to the Skybar and it was stunning. Wonderful service, wonderful view, and amazing drinks. We also met some awesome people here. I would love to stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to my friends.

Breach of security during our stay

This letter was sent to the hotel manager no answer We had a wonderful stay at the hotel except for a serious breach of security due to a mistake issuing the wrong key at the reception Stayed from November 21 to 28 (2020) had room 1106 and 1108. Our son (handicapped with dow syndrome) stayed at 1108 with his border, but that day he was allows in the room and some guest entered the room with their key (new arrival to the hotel) Naturally our son was extremely agitated (and scared). I reported the incident to the reception and was promised an investigation, but we have not heard of any follow up . I consider this and extremely great breach of security and can be bad for your hotel’s reputation. Would you please review what was done to correct this error and see that would not repeat in the future. Also please send us copy of our bill. Thank you Sincerely yours Georges Merlo/Robert G. Rev

We have also double checked all of our rooms to make sure that they are supplied with a “Do not disturb” sign to be hanged outside the door.
