We came in with a Viking cruise. Enjoyed out stay and had no issues. I would like to recognize Yulia, from the concierge desk. She helped us cordinate trips and places to eat. Fantastic job!!

Room is great, check in great . Just the set up of breakfast is a bit difficult. need some time to check in, and then seating in some areas feels a bit strange.

Very professional service in a huge hotel! Large exclusive family room renovated was very good . We stayed at the 21st floor , clean room, great breakfast with lots of choices and also healthy choices like vegetables , salmon , fresh fruits etc . Although we have second thoughts for staying in a big hotel everything is very well organized. For example the lifts going to the floors have automated links with your room card to transfers you on your room . Service in general and reception people very polite . The restaurants at the hotel were very good ( we have eaten at the italian restaurant and was excellent !) Easy access to the floors , access to concierge easy .we fully recommend it. Easy access to the metro and trains from Gare Montparnass station !

This hotel was a beautiful contemporary hotel. The front desk people and concierge were very helpful. The porter was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and modern bathroom was spacious. The only downside was that the breakfast was not up to par. The crepes were cold and disappointing. The pancakes were cold as well. The omelette was very good. I expected tastier croissants. The elevators were efficient. We enjoyed our meal at the Italian restaurant on site. Overall the hotel was great.

We recently enjoyed a delightful three-night stay at Pullman Montparnasse , and I must say, it met our expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Fernando at the reception desk deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and excellent customer service. He ensured that all our needs were met throughout our stay. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel's location was also convenient, allowing us to explore the city easily. Overall, our experience at Pullman was nothing short of fantastic! However, the reason why I can’t give this a 10 is that during the three nights stay we have requested numerous times that the chromecast of the TV doesn’t work. And nobody ever showed up in the three days to sort out this issue. This stay would have been perfect had the room have all working amenities. Hopefully next time, we get a room with a working TV
