Dear Sally, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, and we truly appreciate your constructive comments. Regarding the TV, all of our rooms are equipped with Smart TVs. However, for security reasons, we currently only offer casting options rather than allowing direct app access. We understand this can be a bit inconvenient, but we have implemented this system to ensure the safety of our guests. We’ll continue to monitor this and explore potential improvements in the future to make the experience smoother. We’ve also noted your comments about the mattress and the wall decor. We are already in the process of reviewing the comfort of our rooms and planning a refresh of the decor as part of our ongoing maintenance programme. We apologise for the noise in the corridors on Saturday night. We actively manage noise levels, especially on busy evenings such as Fridays and Saturdays, to ensure our guests can enjoy a peaceful and restful stay. We understand the importance of a quiet environment and take steps to minimise disruption wherever possible. Finally, regarding security, we do have security on site, especially during busier periods. We continuously review our security protocols to ensure the safety of all our guests, and we’ll keep doing so to maintain a secure environment for everyone. Thanks again for your helpful feedback.
