Perfect place to stay with a family. We travelled here for New Year's Eve. It's so close to the main transport hubs and the main shopping center. If you are looking for a base to explore then this is the place for you. The view across the industrial city is amazing from the 6th floor. We explored the city in the evening of New Year's Eve and then as the night drew in and the kids were tired we headed back. At midnight we watched the fireworks across the city. A New Year's Eve that we will remember. The room we had was spacious , comfortable and well equipped. I couldn't find a toaster but maybe I didn't look hard enough. The kitchen area is ace and has everything that you need. The kids commented that the duvets that they had for the sofa beds were amazing. They stay in lots of places and I don't think they have ever passed comments about this before so they must be good. The bathroom ceiling did need some attention and the red paint in the bathroom could have done with a freshen but it wasn't an issue. The staff were super helpful and were willing and able to help in any way they could. We would certainly stay here again

Basic but well equipped

Stayed a night here. The rooms are a bit soulless but have all that is needed in an aparthotel, fridge microwave hob dishwasher etc. The room was clean and tidy but the windows were filthy spoiling any chance of a view. No restaurant or bar on site, but the breakfast was excellent and comprehensive. A good central location.

A wonderful warm welcome here, met with huge smiles at reception. Room had everything we needed and more, fabulously clean, comfy bed and nice to have extra pillows and soft towels. City centre location perfect for gig at O2 Institute. Would definitely recommend.

A Really Great Stay

We had a really nice stay here. The Apartment we booked whilst not enormous provided us with everything thing we needed such as a kitchenette with cook top, fridge and Microwave that also grilled and had a combination cooking function. There was also a coffee maker, french press and lots of utensils for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the Hotel has a laundry room and staff will provide you with pound coins for the machines. You can also borrow appliances such as toasters and air fryers from reception. The WiFi was a little spotty but generally very good and the noise levels weren't disruptive. It's well located right near The Bullring shopping and St Martin's markets and Chinatown. New Street station is a five minute walk and lots of other local attractions. Garry who checked us in was excellent as were all the staff. A really great stay here.
