We were on a business trip and we were plesenly surprised by the cleanliness and relaxation Ibis Birmingham New Street Station offered us. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room itself was clean and cozy and we were offered delicious full English breakfast in the morning and looked after by the most helpful and friendly member of staff - Raju.

This wasn't our choice of hotel as it was provided as part of a concert package. However, despite this hotel not being our usual 5* choice, the Breakfast Manager definitely is 5* all the way! Kind, helpful, polite and willing to go the extra mile. (other staff could learn from her). It was a delight to meet you Ingrid - someone please give this lady a pay rise as she is an asset to your team.

Wonderfully situated hotel in city centre. Quiet rooms, well appointed comfortable bed and pillows, excellent shower temperature and pressure, spotlessly clean. Good food, well-priced and the friendliest staff. Right next to bustling part of town and excellently situated for Gay Village.

Hotel is located in Chinatown, right in the heart of the town. There are great party spots on the weekends, and trains and malls are all within walking distance. The staff is excellent—polite and warm. The breakfast spread is good, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms aren’t large, but they do offer bigger rooms for an additional charge. It’s a fantastic stay for the price! Please note that dinner for foreign travelers generally stops by 9 PM, except on one weekend day. Be mindful of this!

Always a great stay with the Ibis chain. Consistently great quality at reasonable prices. Would like to commend Claudia who worked the front desk. Very helpful and insightful on what to do and where to go. Very pleasant and professional. Also, Ingrid who worked the breakfast room. Very pleasant and ran an impeccable breakfast room; meaning once customers left, tables immediately cleaned. Nothing ran out or ran low food and drink wise. Always on the move misting a pleasant experience.
