Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you experienced an unpleasant smell in your room and that the fan provided was not working. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly when you were trying to improve the ventilation and comfort of your room. We would, however, like to clarify that our team did make several attempts to assist you. We tried multiple times to knock on your door to provide a replacement fan, but unfortunately, there was no answer when our colleagues attended the room. In accordance with our hotel policy and respect for our guests' privacy, we do not enter a guest room when the guest is not present without the appropriate circumstances and authorisation. As a result, we were unable to access the room and replace the fan. Our reception team is available 24 hours a day, and we would always encourage guests to contact us again if an issue remains unresolved, so that we can make further attempts to assist. We regret that, despite our efforts, we were unable to replace the fan during your stay. Your feedback has been shared with our reception and maintenance teams, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Thank you again for your comments.
