We stayed one night at the Ibis budget hotel before our morning flight. The hotel is a couple of minutes from departures. We ate at the Ibis restaurant and were really pleased with the food and the very friendly and efficient service. Sophia and Armaan made us feel very welcome and looked after us very well.

The staff in the bar and taking the meal orders were fantastic, particularly when we had the snow a week or two ago and the place was unbelievable busy. I was there yesterday again and the two young ladies, Shellby & Demi were so uplifting, welcoming you, wishing you a lovely holiday etc. Makes it a joy to stay there.

Needed a good dinner after a busy day! Great fish and chips and a lovely glass of wine. Can’t fault the food or the service. Armaan and his fellow colleagues were very attentive. Great service and a good end to the day. Thank you

We stay here a lot! The rooms are fine and so convenient for an early morning flight or a late night arrival! But the staff this stay were just down right miserable and grumpy! OK ur busy checking people in, busy at the bar and busy serving food ( it really is a busy day/night) but please can u just smile, look ur customers in the eye and be polite?! Apparently not!!! Sorry but all the potential repeat customers will leave disappointed and next time use the Hilton Garden!! We are so loyal to Accor but recognise this place needs some happier staff!
