Grateful to Ankit and Anjali for there helpfulness, politeness, helping attitude and providing what customer needed. It was excellent experience!! The food and stay was really awesome in terms of comport, location and vibe. Multiple options for food from home made to Multi cuisine.

The staff members were very rude and services were not good. I have stayed in 5 start to small hotels. I couldn't find any rude staff members except IBIS chennai City Center.

A mixed experience as we landed to hotel, we had to wait for an hour despite prior booking. They cited that this happened due to some technical snag. Secondly, in tv was not working. Confit ability should be the prime objective for the customers but in action it was not seen and needs proper coordination .

Everything about this place is average. The staff aren’t well trained. The location is also not too good. The road outside us always crowded and there’s some loud music playing all the time that comes through the “apparently” sound proof windows. They charge a lot for the services they provide. Probably because there’s a lot of demand for hotels near Chennai VAC for US visa biometrics.

I checked in to ibis on 11th September and had a pleasant stay. The staff were cooperative and the inhouse restaurant was great . Anjali from the staff was very cordial and friendly and assisted me with any queries. Few feedback points please : 1. Please ensure your rooms have the restaurant QR code 2. Also for every order do not ask the customer to pay directly to the restaurant rather please facilitate the billing at checkout . Regards
