The best location for a first time traveller to Seoul.

You stay at this place for the location. It is right in the thick of classic alley ways filled with tea houses, galleries and restaurants. It was the perfect introduction to South Korea. In addition, it was close to a main train station and bus stops which made travelling Seoul and easy task.

Really is a budget hotel. The rooms haven't been upgraded in many years, Service is a hit and miss - some staff were pleasantly helpful while others were expressionless and barely understood english (this is a hotel that caters to mostly foriegn travellers). Only redeeming feature was the buffet breakfast which was quite good.

The Ibis is well located to everything. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Jayden an Jay on the front desk went out if their way to be helpful to me and others on the tour I was with. They are an asset to the company.

Hotel room is very dated looks like hasn’t had a make over for 20 years, beds were okay but that was about it. Hotel won’t use central air conditioning just to save money, the air smells stale once walking in the room. Breakfast was over charged

Our hotel operates with a central heating and cooling system, and during seasonal transitions like this, we do not run the air conditioning as outside temperatures are lower, and some guests may feel chilly. Fortunately, our rooms are designed with windows that can be opened to allow fresh air circulation from outside. it seems that we were unable to suggest this option for improved air quality in the room. Needs an overall renovation

Horrible, cramped and noisy. Was on 3rd floor. Lifts were ALWAYS full. Took about 4 lifts each time to squeeze 1 person in, couldn't fit luggage. Need a separate lift for those with luggage only. Water came up from drain in shower. Air-conditioning didn't work properly and had to go outside to cool down. Would never recommend to anyone.

During peak seasons, the increased number of guests can cause the elevators to become quite busy, resulting in longer wait times. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when traveling with luggage. While we currently have all elevators in operation during high-occupancy periods, we are exploring ways to improve the flow, including the possibility of designating a separate lift for luggage to make the experience more comfortable for our guests. Regarding the air conditioning, our hotel operates on a central heating and cooling system, which adjusts according to the external temperature. We understand this may not have provided the optimal comfort for you, and I apologize for any discomfort this may have caused.
