On arrival we checked in and due to my personal circumstances changing I had to bunk in with my mate whilst his wife and her friend tool the Accure room. Having been given room 201 it would have been helpful had the receptionist told us there was a lift just around the corner instead of sending us up the stairs. Other than that we didn't really use the hotel bar so I won't comment. The hotel itself was ideally placed for our visit to attend a Fish gig at the 1865 club and with the "Spoons" practically Nextdoor and the Indian across the road all our needs were met.

The room we were in needed updating badly. We were also told we had to move to another hotel as the Dolphin was closing for 3 months due to the fact it was housing immigrants so found this both disgusting and inconvenient.
