Here's all facilities are all good Services are better n all service are timely we are fully satisfied 😊 staff janak, neha are very good on there job and very helpfull also 🤗 . Hotel view also very nice . apartment also very nice and peacefull . good for family .

A wonderful hotel, beautiful location, nice view, and excellent room service. My room is on the fourteenth floor. I thank the young men working in room service for their hard work. They are very polite and courteous young men. Their work is very diligent and clean. I would like to thank Mahefuz, Avi, and Meoajul. I offer them all my thanks and appreciation. Thank you to everyone.

Disappointed Business Trip

As a platinum member of the Accor group I booked this hotel for 3 nights. The disappointment started on the checking. The booking even confirmed by Accor was not submitted the right way to the hotel. Lots of excuses with no solution... Endless discussions. I cannot recommend this Hotel at all and checkout after first day.

miss ritika is the best support. to be the honest she upgraded the room for us in a few seconds and it was the best option we enjoyed our stay with pool and sauna all was equipped with warm water the only thing is the price is little bit not that much but still affordable.

Unprofessional, useless apart hotel. Never will ever bother staying there. Was a stressful useless stay . Greeted by unprofessional staff,rude and even insulted me in hindi meanwhile I understand the language. Ignorant management asked for the manager 5 times however no one showed up nor called as he proudly had his name displayed every where but no where to be found.The staff were just tossing us up and down .Anyway , lesson learnt .Offering us smaller rooms at the same price at the novotel.Was too late to refund and go with my kids to another hotel .Also rate charged when I paid at the hotel and later checked was cheaper ,they even refused to match the new rate .Very unaccomodating management. Dirty filthy carpets,dirty fridge ,smelly shower in the master bedroom. I felt cheated , insulted and ridiculed. The lady who insulted me did not even apologise. This stay , if accor hotels treat a very loyal customer this way , well I'm gladly going to take my business else where.I am.shocked how these establishments can get away with handling people in this manner . What happened at this hotel to myself and my two kids who booked a two bedroom apartment was not fair nor decent. Long story short , it was a terrible stay .
