From the moment I reached the front desk, it was clear that Mohammad Jad is not just good at his job — he excels at it. He didn’t just process a check-in; he managed the entire interaction with the kind of confidence and attention to detail that makes guests feel respected and welcomed. What stood out most was his ability to listen. He paid attention, understood our needs instantly, and handled everything without a hint of hesitation. His professionalism is steady, his approach is thoughtful, and his manner is naturally reassuring. You can tell he takes pride in getting things right — and it shows in every step. Staff like Mohammad don’t just represent the hotel; they elevate it. He set the standard from the first minute, and it made all the difference. Another person who deserves recognition is Bhanu, who works as a bellman. He’s the kind of team member you remember long after checkout — not because of big gestures, but because of the quiet, genuine care he brings to every moment. Novotel is fortunate to have someone with his authenticity and consistency on the front line. After being in Abu Dhabi for 6 weeks, spending time on a work camp, and on board a ship, it is nice to be in a more civilized environment for one night, before flying home. i heard about this hotel before from colleagues, and this time I decided to try it out. The front desk: friendly and helpful. The check in went fast. The room: roomy and I had an upgrade, it was clean and a good temperature. The restaurant: friendly staff, and a nice choice with Italian dishes. Then the Belgium beer cafe: decent choice with beers, and nice to relax and enjoy a beer. There is a cafe on the ground floor, and they serve Starbucks coffee, which is a nice way to start your day.

Water maintenance going on and it is no cold water on the 15 floor, but nobody inform about it during check in . During check out I found out about it

Place is superb, clean and staffs are friendly and attentive, breakfast is 10/10 I was along queue for check in but stay is worth it. I would recommend and give thanks to Walid Qasim for granting my request and the Indian guy Muny from reception, their attentiveness and professionalism is exceptional. Thank you for the quality service will definitely coming back on holidays.
