Terrible experience – never use the Accor app! We booked our stay through the Accor application. When we arrived at the hotel late at night, exhausted after a long day at the Yas Island concert, the receptionist informed us that our reservation had been canceled and no room was available! Apparently, their attempt to charge my bank card was unsuccessful, and without any notification, the hotel automatically canceled our booking. Conclusion: 1. Always use platforms like Booking.com or others that protect you as a premium customer. 2. We had to argue for a long time at the lobby, tired and with a 6-year-old child, trying to resolve this unacceptable situation. 3. After much back-and-forth, the hotel finally gave us a room — even though they initially claimed nothing was available. To the hotel management: Please seriously reconsider your processes — imagine how your guests feel dealing with such issues, especially late at night with children.

Very good hotel where peaceful environment is around. Personally I don’t like so much crowded place so this is a bit far away from downtown but near by the work place reception team are nice, helpful and polite. Roshi, Jad are very good. They gave me a good customer service experience

Hotel is very spacious with food environment. My trip in this hotel is for business trip but I am enjoying a lot with my friends over here. Pool and gym excess and the person in the desk are very polite and helpful. Roshini helped me a lot and also informed me about the membership and it's benefits.Thank you for you kind service

Good hotel and reception ( Mohamed, nitin and Roshni) Its allowed to early checkin without prior notice. Room wash very clean and nit. No issue with service. They give discount on morning breakfast I am happy with Novotel service Thanks you Mohamed, Nitin and Roshini
