I came from SPE to do an event here at Sofitel here in Abu Dhabi and ask for help the Sofitel staff name Shoaib khalid. He is very helpful, friendly to me and to my colleagues and very accommodating. Shoaib khalid was belong to Banquet team. And, the full set up was excellent.

I attended the SPE Symposium Integrated Digitilisation and AI Technology, which was held from 16-17th December 2024 at Sofitel, Abu Dhabi. The service provided by Mr. Shoaib Khalid was very welcoming. Everything was its right place and I didn't face any discomfort while at the event. Mr. Shoaib Khalid was always at disposal for any assistance. Lastly I appreciate his professionalism and hospitality skills.

I have visited Sofitel many times this year, and each stay has been absolutely fabulous. The hotel consistently exceeds expectations, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. As an Accor Gold member, Im always treated with exceptional care and attention. During my most recent visit, after traveling all the way from Dubai, the service was nothing short of excellent. The staff ensured that every detail of my stay was flawless. A special mention goes to (Mr.Saad) at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and professional. His warm and efficient service made the check-in process seamless and welcoming.

This hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and very comfortable the hotel was outstanding. The pool was lovely the bar was excellent the food was very tasty. The breakfast was also tasty there is a mini market on site that has all your daily needs. I'm giving this hotel a 5 as it gave us everything we needed and more . It was a very good location for f1 just a 15 min taxi ride. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thankyou for making our stay extra special

Very very nice hotel!

The rooms are huge. The bathrooms well appointed. There is a stunning coffee shop at reception. The beds are the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. The block out curtains a blessing. Very extensive breakfast and very nice staff at breakfast. The only negative.... no housekeeping was done in room 1803! This was obviously just an oversight but should not happen in a 5-star establishment. Especially when the bathroom was flooded and all towels had to be used to stem the flow! The showers tend to flood the floors. We were part of a tour group, and quite a few couples commented on that. But overall a fabulous stay.
