i got very good service from house keeping team. i am glad that staffs over here are really friendly and accomodating through everything wee need. my room was spotless and well hygened with enough amenities. i would like to thank houskeeping team from the bottom of my hearth. perfect team work and good nature. thank you novotel for this kind os service

Very helpful staff. Every one is nice and accommodating. We had two kids and we received lots of help to make our stay more comfortable. For example, we needed extra blanket and sheets and towels. Shahbaz was the manager, nice and helpful also.
