We had a pleasant stay. Our room was little old but clean and comfortable. Even as a diamond member at Accor the check-in was very long. The staff were kind and polite. We have really enjoyed the executive lounge.

The Hotel is very nearby to the big shopping mall and food courts. Hotel environment is very pleasant and the Reception desk team is very active and supporting. Mr.Abhishek from the team is very initiative and very helpful to the guests. Vegans may have to select their dish carefully. For non-vegetarian..varieties of dishes. Room service is very quick and sub staff are helpful. For families and business people this place very pleasant. During my 4 day stay felt happy
