Stuff was friendly and helpful. Very comfortable and warm room. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials.

Has a really good stay in the hotel 6 weeks back so decided I’d stay again. This time it’s been very nothing like as good as last time. Starting with surly reception staff through to a very tired room- filthy and worn carpet, bath towels that have holes, light switches that don’t seem to turn lights on or off. To top it off I reported a soap dispenser in the bathroom that didn’t work to the same surly receptionist and they didn’t bother repairing it. Very disappointing.

Overall good stay.

Everything was good besides a russian lady very unpleasent and rude was in reception desk.Nice location, old hotel with recent upgrades. It is appartment hotel so you will have all the kitchenware and you feel like at home :) Cannot say anything about breakfast as I did not take that option.

This visit was my Honeymoon visit to Abu Dhabi. We had an exceptional time thanks to the grate team at Majlis Grand Mercure for their professionalism. The standard king size suites with kitchenette are awesome for family or couple who enjoy space, and having the convenience of a kitchenette for the price is amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel is astonishing. I like the housekeeping staff because they are very professional, they address you by your name, connect with you and understand your preferences. The rooftop pool and gym are great to have a dip after touring the city. The staff are very pleasant and nice. Overall, for value, location, room size, overall cleanliness and facilities is 10/10. Majlis would make an excellent stay for both tourist and long-stay guest.
