La température de la douche n'était pas stable et passait du froid au chaud. Le lit n'était pas confortable et décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Bruit incessant jusqu’au 2300 et service mediocre face au client : impression de parler comme a un robot, une personne se presente pour fermer le mini bar rt le summum pas d’eau chaude le matin et j’ai du mis reprendre a plusieurs fois au final ils interviennent dans un reglage et me préviennent plis tard
