C’était bien mais plusieurs petites défaillance dans la chambre pour un 5 étoiles c est pas super.. téléphone ne marchais pas une ampoule était cassée alors que l’emménager était la pour l inspection quand nous sommes arrivés

La chambre était ok. Mais pour le prix de la chambre je n'ai pas compris qu'on me surtaxe les consommations présentes dans mon frigo. Sans parler de l'annulation imprévue dans le Novotel, je remarque tout de même que les employés m'ont trouvé une solution de secours. Par ailleurs 7000 roupies indiennes pour le peu de de consommation dans le frigo c'est du vol.
