Bonjour, Aucun upgrade a l'arrivee malgres une disponibilite ni de boisson de bienvenue (j'ai du faire le boulot de leur rappeler les avantages).

Excellent accueil, gentillesse, capacité à répondre à mes demandes, lounge très sympa. Juste un peu long pour avoir une boisson au petit déjeuner, mais tiens de catastrophique.
