The front desk staff are very helpful, efficient and always greet you with a smile. They do everything they can to make you feel welcomed and catered for. Special thanks for Kirlos and Nesrin. The hotel is a good and safe choice with nice views of the corniche. It can get busy at peak seasons yet the hotel staff try their best to accommodate bookings.

This is a little feedback on my stay at sofitel ABUDHABI :The suites are very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Very attentive staff and available to take into account all customer requests whatever they may be really I was always very satisfied so i would like to thank miss Nesrin for her attentiveness and kindness during my stay. I took full advantage of the swimming pool: the view outside is magnificent, day and night, and it's really very pleasant. I will definitely be coming and staying here again

I cannot believe that this hotel was a Sofitel far from the experience and service I receive when staying at the Dubai JBR hotel where I have stayed multiple times. The staff were unhelpful and my check in experience was awful I had one of the check in staff tell me very rudely what room I had booked when I had Infact booked a sew view room! He told me I had to take a smoking room at 6(46 pm because my room wasn’t ready when it should have been ready at 3pm! He was incredibly rude and then went into an office and didn’t return it was so unprofessional and a shamble of an experience I have never encountered anything like it. The breakfast was also awful this hotel feels like a 2000s business hotel I would not return I should have stuck to the dusit Thani! Awful hotel and service especially given I am an ALL member
