I have been staying at the hotel since August this year and their service is always been amazing. Staff at the reception are very helpful and professional and will help you in all your needs, if possible. The only thing that I will suggest is to change their breakfast menu, if possible.

Nice hotel. Good decide. Good food. Staff have good attitude and service. However, until 28 November, my stay on 9th Nov was not credited into my account yet.

Usually I don’t care about the tv but our stay was during the World Cup. The tv did not work and Mtce was called 3 times to fix it. The safe did not work. The make up mirror light did not work. The crème rinse was awful. And the shower kept creeping to hot.
