1. The room given the air con is not working, managed to change it on the 2nd day. 2. Breakfast is with wide variety but without any hot food.

I was upgraded to a suite which as a regular guest I really appreciated. As always the hotel staff were efficient and friendly and the roof was immaculately clean

Great stay. Clean hotel. Quick and friendly check in, rooms lovely and modern with everything you need. My only very small niggle is that one side of room is quite dark when curtains are shut, this is over the desk area. Could benefit from a table lamp for if you are working in this part of the room. Breakfast was lovely again easy to self serve. Great location and easy to find from London Bridge station.
