The Lobby, the isle, the room are kinda dark. They did not give the slipper at the room, so I have to asked about it. Two thin pillows were provided in the room, again I need to asked for more proper pillow. Room service and breakfast were okay. Thank God, the staffs were nice, pretty helpful, and hospitable. By paying those amount, I think there are more other options like Artotel, Kosenda, etc that provides more proper quality. In my opinion, even Ibis Style Grand Central Bandung and Ibis Style Bogor Raya have a better quality. So please, improve!

Doesn't feel any special treat at Gold member status, better as walk in guest. Doubt even walk in China guest can use the priority counter for Accor members, whereas Accor member have to wait and queue. Worst thing was, the check-in staff forgot to return passport...created troubles in finding, these shall not happens in such good hotel like Novotel. Not proper trained and poor services.

I stayed here for two nights here. On arrival, I was given the lounge access voucher and when I went to the lounge, I was told that I can only have two drinks, I was shocked and requesting explaination from the manager, instead of handling over his name card, the manager asked me to take a picture of his name card so he can keep his name card! After checking my status, the manager told me just go ahead and have the drink, I returned to the lounge and was told they are not allowed to provide more than 2 drinks, so I told the server to call the manager, the manager came and told me that this is the hotel rules that only two drinks are provided, I have never gone to the lounge with limited drink as far as Accor group of hotel is concerned. The next evening, The same thing happened and I requested the server that I need to complaint to the GM and requested the GM to call me the following day as I was told the GM was there in the evening. The manager actually came but did not approached me, instead instructed the server to send drink to me, the server told me that this is the last drink that I can have! I told the server to return the drink and I do not need that at all. I never come across the lounge restricted only 2 drink for a room! and the GM has not even contacted me! This is TERRIBLE!

Im checking in at novotel gajah mada, when i 1st check in the hotel suite room is full booked so they gave me one of the suite room owned by the owners... the room number is 2305.. it was one of the best room i got for about 1.3 million rupiahs
