The only problem here is the hotel is far too warm. This doesn’t stop me from staying here but the inside temperature is problematic. The rest of it is great - good location, easy parking and great staff.

despite being de diamond member, no one care no arrival drink etc very surprised that no one did care despite me calling the ALL team and the team mentionning that they will take car and change this so overall not positive

All good. From the location - a very short walk from the Grand Place - to the space and comfort of the rooms, especially the bed. Staff were also helpful. Check-in and out a breeze. What's not to like? Have nothing but positive feedback.

This is an excellent hotel for its location as well as for all the warm friendly hospitality that comes from the Staff. We were helped with finding restaurants , museums & so on. Although there was no sit down BF we found nearby brunch places most suitable. We would recommend this Novotel

The staff, service, room, buffet breakfast, location are all excellent. All major tourist spots and food places are within few minutes walk. The central train station is just next to the hotel which is very convenient as we did day trips to Bruges and Antwerp. 😍

Rooms are tiny. Decoration/bathroom is not the standard of Novotel. Difficult to control the temperature at night. No amenities, no minibar, no welcome-drink (as a All-Gold member). No welcome-feel. Noisy a night - no good insulation of windows. Not possible to fully darken the room. ..etc etc

Very good procedures in place for Covid 19 so felt safe and everything was explained to me. The stay was as expected and up to the usual standard, although the restaurant and bar are closed at the moment. good price for the city centre and ideal for the Grand Place and other attractions.

premium rooms are very sober - reception OK - quiet inspite of middle of the city - personnel very helpful- not suitable for a long stay - climatisation is all right - no access to the restaurant because of corona virus

The hotel is almost perfect in every respect - great location, convenient parking garage right next door, literally one block from the Grand Place. The only negative was that the hotel was really warm and it was difficult for me and my family to get comfortable for the night because of it. The night manager offered us a fan which would just blow the warm air around the room. The windows were openable so that helped but the racket from the street from the near-perfect location meant that the choice was warm or noisy.

We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the xmas markets. The location was first class for this with the main markets (and spectacular light shows) being an easy walk away. Our suite was clean and comfortable and despite overlooking a busy square the noise levels weren’t obtrusive. The disappointment however was the quality and presentation of the breakfast food. Often the containers of hot food were empty and queues developed as we waited for them to be replenished. Hot items such as scrambled eggs were cold. Generally compared to other breakfasts at comparable hotels such as the Barcello group. The quality of breakfast food on offer was poor. On a point of detail, and as an example, the bacon used had an overpowering taste and smell of chicken fat ! The scrambled egg was presented swimming in a pool of liquid! We were fortunate enough to move on to 3 nights at another Accor hotel (and I fully accept it was a more expensive property) , the Ink hotel in Amsterdam and the breakfast ordering was exemplary.

a perfect location near to the Grand Place. The reception staff were very helpful at all times. Room was clean light and neat perfect size. The breakfast included was a great choice wise and replenished regularly. Had 1 evening meal which was lovely but the poor girl working was run off her feet,which meant we had to wait a good while for our food, more staff were needed, otherwise the whole experience was just perfect

Situated just up the road from Grand Place this is a perfect spot with a convenient taxi rank just outside the door. The rest is standard Novotel fare, basic but clean and spacious. Would have appreciated a desk you can work on rather than a coffee table though.

It was my second stay to this hotel. This time I visited Brussels with 3 friends. So, we got a room for 3 adults. To be honest I was positively surprised. The room was amazing, big and comfortable. Everything that I needed was there. Also Location, staff everything was great. So glad I choose this hotel for my trip.

The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the train station, Grand Place and other tourist attractions. The check-in staff was so very friendly and professional. The bartender was likewise. The hotel lobby was very inviting and contemporary. Our room was spacious and well laid out, our bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The breakfast was adequate.

Standard Novotel experience in a hotel that is in the centre of Brussels. Right next to Central Station with easy connections to Midi for Eurostar. Good, clean facilities and helpful staff made our stay stress free.

Close to the magnificent Grand Place and to Central Station, facing the charming Marché aux Herbes, the hotel is comfortable, clean and very convenient if you want to take the train to visit nearby towns such as Bruges, Gent, Antwerp and Leuven.

I left my white shirt in the room and called the hotel the same day to inform about this issue. The receptionnist denied to take my request into account and told me to send a mail. I sent the mail to yhe hotel. No reaction at all!!!
