I was a bit worried at the location from the main railway station but am glad we stayed here! It is modern and the decor is funky, our room looked out over the far bank of the Saone River to lovely old ruins, it was clean and very comfortable. Check in was friendly. We loved the outdoor deck and had drinks there every afternoon. Breakfast closed at 0930, a bit early we thought, so we missed the first morning after a full day of travelling the day before but it was plentiful and the staff were friendly. Ebikes for hire though we caught the local bus over the road into the city centre and walked to the old town. Entry straight into a shopping mall too! We would stay here again.

VERY RUDE BAR STAFF POORLY TRAINED, RUINED OUR EXPERIENCE !

We had been to this hotel several times with overall good experiences. Unfortunately, our last experience (Dec 23) was far from an acceptable one. We have a silver All (Accor Live Limitless Card) which entitles us to what is called a "welcome drink" (very limited choice to less expensive beverages). At over 10 pm, there was still a kind of a party going on (the "doudoune party", with customers complaining for the level of DJ music/people dancing/shouting on the terrace, keeping them and their children from sleeping in the rooms above). When I showed the young man at the bar our card for our "welcome drinks" he said he could only offer one. We told him that his colleague at the front desk had written a drink for "2 pax" on the card, he replied he still could not accept it because "WE COULD HAVE WRITTEN THAT OURSELVES" ! We are over 60 years old and certainly not used to being confronted with such rudeness from Accor employees. It ruined our experience and we will avoid that particular hotel in the future until the personnel is trained better on customer service. LAMENTABLE !

Concernant le bon boisson, en effet, le programme ALL prévoit 1 boisson pour le porteur de la carte à partir du statut SILVER Malgré le fait que la réponse de notre collaborateur au bar était un peu dans la précipitation, nous nous sommes assurés que vous ayez bien eu les 2 boissons. Modern Hotel attached to Shopping Centre

This is a new modern hotel, a little funky with no reception desk, just someone with a laptop at a table. It's attached to the Confluence shopping centre which was handy and across the road from a small park with restaurants around it. The room was on the small side, more like you might expect in Europe, but clean and modern. Two downsides. One was that it was a way a bit from the old town, about a 35 min walk. The other was that there were no English channels on TV although there were German and Italian. I would expect BBC and CNN at least in a major international hotel chain in a major city.

The Hotel is really nice. I arrived at 20h00 and asked for a room and they had one. The room are nice and clean and in the bath you have Ritual Products. They have a really nice restaurant with a beautiful terrasse and our dog was allowed to be with us. Breakfast was really good.

Really nice Hotel. I arrived ar 20h00 and asked fir a room and we got one. Room was really nice and in the Bathroom they had Rituals Shampoo. We had our dog and she was allowed to come with us to dinner. They have a nice restaurant with a nuce terrasse. Breakfast was really good.
